Ground Floor: Kitchen area with open plan dining area seating 8 leading to the conservatory with sea views going out through double doors onto a decked area. Separate sitting area overlooking the beach. A double bedroom with 5' bed with en-suite shower room, a twin room with two 3' beds and separate bathroom.
First Floor: Master double bedroom with 5' bed & sea views. En-suite bathroom with over bath shower.
Exterior: Enclosed garden at the rear with patio table & chairs. At the front, there is a sun deck with a lawned garden and steps leading to the common and then onto the beach.
Facilities & Services
Heating is via central heating throughout. The white kitchen with granite worktops & tiled flooring is fully equipped with an electric oven & hob, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine & tumble drier. The sitting room has a flatscreen, Freeview TV & DVD player and radio. There is an iron & ironing board available.
Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There are parking facilities for up to 2 vehicles. Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome to stay at a small additional cost of £30 per dog per week. No smoking. There is WiFi available at the property. There is a cot & high chair available.
