Stunning 3-story home with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, new appliances/furniture, indoor garage, 2 fireplaces, and a wrap around balcony overlooking Table Rock Lake. Only 15-20 minutes from downtown Branson and 10 minutes to Silver Dollar City! For the golfers, you are only a 20 minute drive from the exquisite courses at Big Cedar Lodge. This place is the perfect getaway for a larger group whether it be a golf trip, lake trip, or time to gather with the family. Please note this is a family community, with the neighbors being mostly owners, therefore we kindly ask no parties, please keep noise to a minimum to respect the neighbors around us. Parking in the large driveway can comfortably fit around 6 vehicles. No street parking permitted! Celebrating something special? Birthday, Anniversary, Bachelor/Bachelorette, etc? We also offer decorating services for an extra fee. Please inquire within! This home features a fully-equipped kitchen for preparing meals, onsite washer and dryer, a cozy dining area, along with 2 living rooms to enjoy family time away from crowds and people. Potted coffee maker and Keurig available. You will need to bring your own coffee/pods/filters/creamer etc. We have a self-check-in and check-out system to limit your contact with people as well. Our vacation home is across the street from the lake with a balcony where you can experience beautiful sunsets away from high traffic areas. Another feature of our lake house community provides is hiking trials and activities allowing our guests to enjoy the great outdoors without leaving the neighborhood. We love our beautiful home because Table Rock Lake is a short walk down the hill that provides a perfect place for us to watch the sun as it sets on the water and Ozark hills. Though the excitement and thrills of Branson entertainment are nearby the stillness of our location in the evening washes over you. As you stand outside at dusk listening to the crickets chirp and watching the fireflies dance, it feels like home away from home, a place where you can relax and breathe. THE BASICS: 4 bedrooms - 3 Kings, 1 twin/trundle bed, 3 hide-a -beds (pull out couches). Sleeps up to 12 people. 3 Full Bathrooms - One (jetted tub shower combo), two (full). One Half Bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, open main room with plenty of seating. Dining room table and bar stools at kitchen island area. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your friends/family. Free wifi. LOCATION: 20 mins from the Branson Strip. Table Rock Lake is just a few steps away. Public boat launch areas are within walking distance. 1 hour to the Airport. 10 mins to Silver Dollar City (depending on traffic). 20 minutes from golf courses at Big Cedar area. Everything is close! DETAILS FOR MOM: Kids are welcome! The kids will love being so close to the outdoor activities and fun the lake provides! HAVE A BOAT?!? If you are planning to get out on Table Rock Lake during your stay, Store -N-Go Boat & Mini Storage is located across from State Park Marina where you can arrange to store your boat, boat trailer, or jet skis during your stay. Store-N- Go is about 10 minutes from this home. There is a public boat ramp a quick 2 minute jaunt across the road from Store-N-Go to make it easy for you so you can enjoy the maximum time on the water! If you want to rent a boat, State Park Marina is only 10 minutes away! Table Rock Lake Pontoon Boat Rental at Kings River Marina is also a great place to rent from! PARKING: PLEASE NOTE!! - There is plenty of room in the driveway and the garage for parking. All RV's, boats, and trailers must be parked off premises, and are not allowed at the home! Street parking is not permitted in this community. This home is not handicapped accessible!!! NEED MORE ACCOMMODATIONS?
