Positive: Wonderful location, very friendly host, beautiful decorations, good breakfast
Negative: Extremely humid in the room. Even the bad sheets were humid and smelled humidity. The towels smelled humidity too. Very bad ventilation in the room and bathroom. The rooms very cold and not preheated before arrival. Filter of airconditioning was very dirty. The walls were all humid. The owner tried to convince us that it's normal situation for all the buildings in the center of Lecce but it's not true because we already stated in other b&b od center of Lecce. The problem is a bad ventilation and lack of the heating. Bathroom very badly cleaned (sticky floor and shower had black mold around shower screen, dirty around the sink). The owner put the chemical smell dispenser at the reception and in the room. It was hiding the smell of the humidity but we all ended up coughing after this stay. Very regrettable. It might be good in summer...
