Positive: Lots of space. Large rooms. Close to restaurants, Metro and El Cortes Ingles. Quiet. Comfortable platform bed.

Negative: Guests must climb 57 stairs, so not for weak persons or people with bad knees. Be careful -- the water is very hot!
