Loft nice for 4 people in condominium with full leisure and parking space. Located 300 meters from the beach of Manguinhos, with homemade 24 hours at the disposal of guests.
The loft has 1 suite upstairs and downstairs are the living room, kitchen and bathroom, and outdoor balconies in front and behind the property. The back of own side entrance which facilitates the walk back from the beach or leave belongings on the porch and wash their feet.
In the suite, at the top, we have double bed, 32 inch flat screen TV, air conditioning, all new bathroom in white porcelanato, with hot and cold shower.
We also have a second double mattress (foam density 45) and a sofa bed for better accommodation.
The living room has a sofa bed and 42-inch screen TV with closed cable TV channels. In the kitchen we have a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, stove cooktop, multiprocessor blender, dishes, glasses, cups for coffee and wine, cutlery, etc.
The downstairs bathroom has a sink separate from the toilet and shower, making it easy for 2 people to use at the same time. Upstairs there is a suite.
Air conditioning on 2 floors.
Private barbeque with table and chairs, stove and sink.
We have wi fi internet in a common area in the condominium, next to the pool and the games room, which can be accessed from the balcony of the house. The password should be requested from the employee's condo.
The condominium has barbecue, sauna and swimming pool, games room and tennis court.
Parking inside the condominium for 1 (one) vehicle per loft.
