There is reverse cycle air-conditioning to the main living area, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and don't forget the separate kids activity room with TV, DVD player, toys and board games to provide hours of entertainment. Patio with outdoor setting & gas 4 burner BBQ. Large secure yard with side access for boat parking. The laundry has a second fridge (extra space for the daily catch!).
