We provide WIFI and have a Smart TV in the living room with access to Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. NO pets allowed.
Guests will have to sign a liability waiver for pool use. There are security cameras on the property.
Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.
Stays of 10 days or more are subject to an additional cleaning fee.
No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

I give my guests space but am available when needed. With our Smart Lock you do self check in so we rarely meet guests. I'm available via phone or text and it you don't get a response you can always contact my team.
This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It has easy access to downtown Charleston, Rivers Avenue, Tanger outlets and restaurants.
Guest have shared access to the common areas pool and deck. There is a separate three bedroom suite connected to the property.
To access the in law suite Enter through the privacy fence and then use the second door to enter it. In the picture it's the one with the fridgeinfrontofit.

The Kitchen is fully ready to go with a refrigerator, range, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher, silverware, plates, bowls, and basic cooking tools.
