Welcome to one of the largest, private coastal homes an hour south of Perth & situated perfectly to take in the sweeping ocean vistas of one of Western Australia's beautiful beaches.
This exceptional view is complimented by the relaxed layout of the main living, dining & open plan kitchen.
The large separate cinema room & downstairs games room gives you the flexibility of choosing to relax in front of the TV, or play a few games of pool, or recline on the sofa & watch the colours of the ocean.
Our home is one of the most expansive beachfront retreats in this exclusive location. This exceptional 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom residence comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.
As this is a luxury coastal rental, bookings accepted for 26 years and over, no school leavers, parties, events or additional unregistered guests, strictly no smoking/vaping inside the home and no pets allowed (assistance dogs are exempt). There is an extra $30.00 charge if the BBQ is not cleaned before you leave. Our neighbours are permanent residents and live here because it is a peaceful place, so please respect our rules with regard to excessive noise during the day and after 10pm and before 8am. Failure to adhere to this will result in an immediate eviction from the property. Reviews from previous hosts is preferred. It has been thoughtfully created with love and we ask that you be respectful and treat it with care as you would if it were your own.

With ample space to accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably, our home offers a blend of luxury and comfort.
Choose from our well-appointed bedrooms, including one king master bedroom with an ensuite, one queen master bedroom with an ensuite, two queen bedrooms and two double bunk beds in same room share one bathroom. All our beds have high quality cotton linen with soft Egyptian cotton towels to make your stay truly comfortable.
Designed for coastal entertaining and relaxation, our home features a large dedicated cinema room, a pool table in the games room and the spectacular open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with the most incredible panoramic views of the ocean.
Adults will find it a breeze to retreat and take time out for themselves from the kids in this spacious home.
