Price per apartment, not per person. special price because I started to rent (14Feb2016) Usually I will pick you up from the airport to take you to the apartment, and I offer you a short walk to give you a panoramic view of Lisbon. Apartment 2 windows each with 2 X double glazing. Accommodation for 2-4 people, with 1 double bedroom (linen provided), 1 living room (with sofa bed - 2 beds) and dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower (towels). * TV and internet, free WIFI. Bairro Alto is a 500 year old neighborhood and is the most typical and picturesque neighborhood of Lisbon. - - License. 24457 / AL. - - see also ad 6651907 (a window to Lisbon in Bairro Alto I) and 1167775 (a window to Lisbon in Bairro Alto II) where you can see the various comments about the other apartments and about me. NEW TOURIST CITY TAX SINCE 1JAN2016 Please note that from 1 January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person per night is not included in the total price and is payable locally. This fee is charged to persons aged 13 and over. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per person.
