Welcome to Villa Candithea, a historical property, located in Maroulas village, close to Rethymno. The residence used to be a former olive oil factory, dating from the Venetian era, entirely restored under control of Greek Archaeological Department, and elevated to a high level of comfort and beauty to satisfy its customers, while maintaining its unique architectural elements, such as stone arches, vaults, tunnels, stone walls and wooden floors at the same time.
Strolling through the narrow, cobble paved street of the village, you will reach Villa Candithea, 100 meters away from the village square and enter its beautiful stone paved terrace. This amazing property covers nearly 450 m? and spreads over two levels, comfortably accommodating 10 guests in its four bedrooms and up to 12 if necessary.

- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (0,90 X 2,00), 50 TV that can be used as a screen for electronic devices, desk, and closet. The bedroom enjoys beautiful sea views and also has a loft with a double bed (1,40 X 2,00), which can be used for kids, and an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin.
- Bedroom 4: This bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin, an open fireplace, a double sofa bed and a loft with a double bed (1,40 X 2,00). The room also offers access to a patio, where the laundry room is located, including a washing machine and a clothes dryer. These two bedrooms can communicate through a door if wanted, which is ideal for families.
