Summary: This townhouse was nice and clean, but our biggest issue was that there were NO (and I mean zero) incidentals like shampoo, conditioner, not even a soy packet from a Chinese takeout place. Nothing, so be prepared and bring your own toiletries. No garbage bag in the kitchen trash can. We've stayed in properties where there is at least some coffee for the morning, leftover oil and spices from prior guests, granola bars etc. This place had none of that. My advice to the owner would be to create a space that is a bit more welcoming. In addition, the master bath shower drain backed up so that should be addressed. Other than that, we were there for LSU family weekend so the location was good from that perspective. There is a grocery store a short drive (or long walk) away. LSU campus was easy to get to. The property is secured by a gate so at no point did we feel security was an issue at all. I would probably stay here again, but to reiterate to the host, please make it more accommodating for guests who are from out of town.
