Immediately relax in this perfect family beach house in a quiet and convenient location close to the popular surf beach, Bullies.An easy walk to Boomer Beach and Port Elliot further on the coastal walking trail.Fresh bright and modern interior with open plan living, dining and kitchen area, 3 generous size bedrooms, modern bathroom, 2nd shower and w/c in the laundry and a large shaded entertaining area at the rear of the home. Additional entertainment includes a Play Station 3 and a great selection of games. Features include: * Open plan living with flat screen TV and Play Station 3, dining and kitchen area with a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine (some podsprovided upon arrival but guest to supply their own) * 3 bedrooms - master with a queen size bed, second bedroom with a queen size bed and third bedroom with a set of bunks * New bathroom with the shower over the bath, vanity and w/c * Second shower and separate w/c in the laundry which also has a washing machine * Part covered part shaded rear outdoor entertaining area with a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture * Fully fenced rear yard with a nice garden and lawn area * Landscaped and private front yard with lawn and an outdoor shower * Off street parking with a carport for 2 cars *Sorry no pets This is a fully self-contained holiday rental property. Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you are required to bring your own bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen. If you wish to hire linen please call our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. We do not offer a bed making facility, you will need to make the beds upon arrival. Please read our Terms and Conditions thoroughly prior to making payment.
