This home combines old Florida charm with modern amenities.The home is a single level home with an open concept design with living room, dining room and kitchen areas. The newly decorated interior of the house is bright, beach-themed, and extremely comfortable.Features include a fully equipped and well stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counter tops, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, full sized washer and dryer, central heat and air, ceiling fans, high speed internet, two cable smart streaming TVs and outdoor shower.This two bedroom beach bungalow has queen beds and a queen sofa bed. .The master suite has a bathroom with tub, shower and vanity. The second bedroom has a bathroom with vanity and a shower. Its right around the corner. right around the corner.The living room has seating for 6 and the dining room table also seats 6. There is a Smart 40" TV in the living room as well as a TV in the master. There is a laundry room on the ground level with a full sized washer/dryer. There is plenty of parking including enough for a boat.
