The San Michele Apartment with roof view in Lucca is the quintessence of comfort for all those who want the privacy of a home but without giving up the conveniences of a luxury 5 star hotel.
Overlooking the wonders of the Cathedral of San Michele on one side with its romanesque facade dating back to 1200s and onto Palazzo Ducale di Lucca on the other side (once the Royal Palace of the sister of Napoleon 1st who became princess of Lucca from 1801 to 1814); this stunning luxury apartment enjoys a unique location and is decorated with an exquisite style. The apartment measures approximately 150 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
COMPOSITION:
This private home has 2 bedrooms - one with a king size bed and one with two twin beds (both bedrooms have access to 2 separate private terraces) -
2 bathrooms (both with built-in showers), a spacious living room with fireplace and a formal dining area with french windows over the outdoor, and a huge spacious terrace overlooking the roofs and the monuments of Lucca. The terrace is fully equipped with a sofa with soft cushions and a grand dining table for up to 8 guests. There is also a fully equipped modern kitchen opening onto terrace.
The apartment is serviced by private elevator and comes with air conditioning and a very reliable wifi connection provided by the national phone company.
Final cleaning is charged extra for 50 euros to be paid upon arrival.
Heating if used is charged extra for 10 euros daily.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator then there is one flight of stair to the door. The apartment is levelled.

If you aren't able to decide a date immediately we will issue a voucher, that you can use for any future booking, on any of our properties. We are sorry but we are not in the position to take into consideration travel restrictions issued by other Governments, or airline cancellations.
