Positive: The Location was excellent, please go to Heroes of pizza, and make sure to check out the market right next door to the apartment. 10 minute walk to Vatican and 8 minute walk to nearest metro station. Getting from the airport to the apartment took about 1 hour and it was very straight forward using public transport, take the Leonardo express from Fiumicino to termini and then the metro from termini to Ottaviano. Couple of supermarkets really close by so you can be sure of getting things. We didn't try to cook in the apartment as we had so much planned, but it had a hob and oven. We felt safe when walking around later at night, so would book again. Clean and neat and tidy. Very spacious for a family of 4, two teenage boys. Fabrizio out host was very attentive and helped us out with a few little issues.
Negative: Breakfast was basic so be prepared to bring your own stuff or go out and find a cafe in the morning. Lift only holds 3 people, so if you've had a busy day walking, you'll have a few flights of stairs left before you get to bed. Other than that, it was comfortable.
