This bright and airy 2 ensuite bedroom apartment is on the first floor of this converted office building. Located just East of the town centre it is ideally located for the main town centre, the business district, the college and university campus as well as the popular Waterfront area. Nearby bus links give easy access to out of town locations such as Ipswich Hospital and BT's Adastral Park.
** For families, this apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 children over 8 years old, accompanied by 1 or 2 adults. Children are included in the maximum occupancy. Additional security deposit applies.**
The apartment is spacious and is furnished to a high level, with a fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, toaster, washing machine with heated airer, iron/ironing board, and sufficient cooking/serving equipment for your day-to-day catering. There is a breakfast bar area with two stools.
You will be provided on arrival with a welcome pack on arrival of basics such as bread/butter, milk, cereal, eggs, beans and tea/coffee. We also provide essentials such as washing up liquid, kitchen rolls, cooking oil, salt and pepper.
The large open-plan lounge/dining area has two large sofas, coffee table, Smart TV and a dining table with chairs to comfortably sit 4 people. Free to air terrestrial channels are provided and also the facility for you to view your own streaming content.
The master bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite shower-over-bath, toilet and basin, double wardrobe and drawer unit. *Please note that due to the nature of the building conversion there is a structural pillar at the foot of the bed, which can be seen in the photographs.
The second bedroom has a King-size (5ft) bed (which can be configured as a twin room on prior request) with an ensuite shower room with toilet and basin, double wardrobe and drawer unit.
There is a further guest toilet off the internal hallway of the apartment. Welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided.
The building has secure entry via key fob and an internal lift to all floors. The apartment comes with one allocated parking space in the covered car park underneath the building (short wheelbase vehicles with a maximum height of 2.1m).
Please note there is no requirement for a carbon monoxide detector as there is no gas supply to this apartment.
