Welcome to The Boathouse at 18260 Cutlass Dr. Relax and soak up the sun on the private dock overlooking the deep-water, direct-access canal with frequent sightings of manatees and dolphins. No detail was left out of this sweet, beach-inspired two-bedroom, two-bath home. It has a ton of natural light throughout the day and will leave you feeling relaxed with the magnificent views and calming décor.
Outside, wave to passing boats and watch the sun set from your chairs on the elevated platform on the private canal dock. Fish from the dock while sitting on the mounted fishing chair on your private dock. The lush yard is perfect for outdoor games (cornhole set provided). The outdoor tiki bar creates a fantastic area to prepare dinner on the gas grill, enjoy your favorite cocktail, and sit under the many nighttime lights enjoying the views of the water and beautiful backyard.
Drop in one of the two provided kayaks to enjoy paddling down the canal to see the variety of sea life and the surrounding area.
The pool and hot tub/spa are right outside the sliding doors under a covered screen overlooking the canal. Relax and enjoy the beautiful summer sun while letting your worries slip away.
The neighborhood is in a beautiful area only two miles from many shopping areas, such as Publix and Walmart, and only two miles from Fort Myers Beach and Times Square. Use one of the three bikes provided to ride to the beach or to the variety of fun activities around the area. An assortment of beach items available for use.
As much fun as you'll have outside, the inside of the open design of 18260 Cutlass beckons you to relax and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen is ideally placed in the center of the house with counter seating. The kitchen is flanked on one side with a traditional living room featuring a queen sleeper sofa and a large flat screen TV with Blu-ray player. The other side houses a dining table and laid-back family room and a second flat screen TV. The family room provides breathtaking views of the pool, canal, and tiki bar through several sliding doors.
The house is equipped with free WIFI throughout, and each of the four TVs are equipped with smart streaming. There are a variety of DVD/Blu-ray movies and family games provided to offer you even more options to enjoy time as a family.
Fresh linens and fluffy towels are ready upon your arrival. You'll find a king-size bed in the primary ensuite bedroom with plenty of storage in the closet, a TV and ceiling fan. The primary bathroom, with a step-in tiled shower, has plenty of counter space with a double sink vanity. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed, another TV and a ceiling fan. A large closet is available to store your belongings. Draw a bath and relax in the second full bath that is located right outside the bedroom.
