This stunning 8 bedroom, 8 bathroom and 2nd row home is across from three miles of an award-winning beach on Brigantine. This home has the Southern charm entrance with the “petticoat” stairs, covered front porch and two white rocking chairs. As you enter the home you will love the large open floor plan, hardwood floors, and high ceilings. There is a nice sitting area with two blue chairs and baskets of games and puzzles. To the left of the entrance are two bedrooms; one bedroom has a set of twin beds and a mounted TV, and the other bedroom has a queen bed and mounted TV. They share a bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. Each bedroom has a sliding door that opens to a small, private balcony.
To the right of the entrance is your living room with floor to ceiling windows, a L-shaped white couch, two white swivel chairs with ottomans, a fireplace, and mounted 65” Vizio TV. This opens into a large gourmet kitchen (recently remodeled in 2024) with high ceilings and a U-shaped counter. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a Frigidaire refrigerator, double ovens, and a 6-burner Viking Professional gas stove. There are also two dishwashers in case you have a big meal you won’t have to hand wash anything. In the dining room there is seating for ten at the large wood table and a beverage counter with a small sink, wine fridge and another Frigidaire refrigerator.
Behind the dining room is a bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower. The laundry room is off the dining room as well and has a sink, washer and dryer. You also have access to a screened-in porch with ceiling fans to keep you cool on the hot summer days, a blue patio sofa and loveseat plus two additional chairs and a mounted TV. This leads you to the outside porch where there is an umbrella table for four and a Char-Broil grill. Down on the ground level is a great outdoor entertainment area with a covered open bar with six stools, a mini fridge, and a mounted TV. Next to the bar there is a patio couch with chaise lounge, a chair with ottoman, and a glass table for four. There is also a brick barbecue area, beautiful pool and hot tub, outdoor shower, several lounge chairs, plus a 2-car garage and storage.
Back inside on the other side of the living room are two more bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, rocking chair, mounted 32” TV and private bath with double vanities and a walk-in shower. There is access to a small deck overlooking the front of the house. The second bedroom also has a king bed, rocking chair, and a mounted 32” TV. The ensuite bath has a single vanity and walk-in shower.
On the second floor there are four more bedrooms, all carpeted, and a sitting area. The first bedroom has a Queen-size bed and 32” TV in the armoire. This room shares a bathroom with a hall door and has a single vanity and walk-in shower. Next is the loft area where there is a round table that seats three by the window and a blue and white striped queen sleeper sofa with two cushioned wicker chairs. On this side of the hall there is a bedroom with a king bed, accent chair, a mounted TV, and a desk. The private bath has two separate single vanities, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower. Finally, the last bedroom has two twin beds, a Queen -size bed, a desk, and a mounted TV. The private bath has a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
