The maisonette is located in Amoni, near Sofiko. It's close to Korinthos, ancient Epidaurus, Mycenae, and Nafplio. It combines modern comfort with nature due to the fact that it is surrounded by pine trees and one of its' strong cards is its' captivating view of the surrounding area and the sea. There are three (3) beaches that are only five (5) minutes away. It is only an hour away from the center of Athens and the Acropolis. It is ideal for couples and families.
The maisonette is very well equipped and able to accommodate up to 4 to 5 individuals, minutes away from many beaches in the area of Pefkali (Korinthos) and just an hour and a half away from the city of Athens and Acropolis. The house is perfect for relaxing vacations or for people who need to venture into the surrounding area and the nearby locations. In more detail, you can reach many famous points of interest such as Ancient Korinthos within 40 min of driving distance, Loutraki's famous natural spa baths also in 40 minutes. Ancient Epidavros in half an hour of driving distance. Ligourio's ancient theater in 45 minutes. Nafplion world-famous medieval city is just at one hour of distance from home. Last but not least, to reach the island of Poros, Spetses, and Hydra you would need 1-2 hours through a beautiful route! The strong card of the house is its' captivating view of the surrounding area and the sea. It is ideal for couples and families, offering absolute privacy for its residents.
Η Villa Iokasti είναι κτισμένη σε κοινόχρηστο οικόπεδο 1.300τμ και είναι το δεύτερο σπίτι του χώρου. Ο χώρος στάθμευσης είναι ιδιωτικός και κοινόχρηστος.
Η περιοχή είναι πευκόφυτη και αμφιθεατρική με μοναδική θέα στην θάλασσα. Υπάρχουν μέσα στον οικισμό τρείς παραλίες σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών από το σπίτι, όλες με βότσαλο. Είναι πεντακάθαρες και η θάλασσα καταγάλανη. Στο Φραγκολίμανο, μια από τις τρείς παραλίες, λειτουργεί καντίνα που προσφέρει νερό, καφέ, αναψυκτικά αλλά και σουβλάκι, σαλάτες για ένα γεύμα δίπλα στην θάλασσα.
Η περιοχή προσφέρετε για κολύμπι, υποβρύχιο ψάρεμα, πεζοπορία, περίπατο και βόλτα με ποδήλατο βουνού.

Στο Λουτράκι υπάρχουν τα περίφημα ιαματικά λουτρά 30-40 λεπτά από το σπίτι.
Βέβαια η αρχαία Επίδαυρος με το Αρχαίο θέατρό της με την φοβερή ακουστηκότητά του και τις καλοκαιρινές παραστάσεις του (30-45 λεπτά οδήγηση από το σπίτι).
Το Ναύπλιο, αναγνωρισμένος παραδοσιακός οικισμός και πρώτη πρωτεύουσα της Ελλάδος με το Μπούρτζι το Παλαμήδι και την Ακροναυπλιά μόλις 1 ώρα μακριά απο την Villa Iokasti.
Τέλος σε απόσταση 1-2 ώρες φθάνετε στον Πόρο και στις Σπέτσες μέσα από μία γραφικότατη διαδρομή.
Βέβαια η μοναδικότητα της θέας της θάλασσας από την βεράντα του σπιτιού είναι κάτι που θα σας μείνει αξέχαστη.
Τέλος θα ήθελα να επισημαίνω τις γαλήνιες προσωπικές στιγμές ξεκούρασης για ζευγάρια αλλά και για οικογένειες με παιδιά.
Η περιοχή απαιτεί ιδιωτικό αυτοκίνητο. Υπάρχει ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης στο οικόπεδο, δίπλα στο σπίτι.
Η Villa Iokasti μπορεί να αποτελέσει ορμητήριο για εκδρομές προς αρχαιολογικούς χώρους (Αρχαία Κόρινθος, Αρχαία Επίδαυρος, Θέατρο Επιδαύρου, Ναύπλιο, Μυκήνες) που βρίσκονται σε απόσταση μίας ώρας περίπου με το αυτοκίνητο αλλά και τουριστικών προορισμών με νυκτερινή ζωή (Κόρινθος, Καζίνο Λουτρακίου, Ναύπλιο, Πόρος, Σπέτσες).
Το χωριό Σοφικό βρίσκεται σε απόσταση ενός τετάρτου με το αυτοκίνητο όπου μπορείτε να κάνετε τις προμήθειές σας. Φαρμακείο και Atm υπάρχει στα Λουτρά της Ωραίας Ελένης στον κεντρικό δρόμο Κορίνθου-Επιδαύρου.
Θα ήθελα να ενημερώσω ότι ο οικισμός δεν έχει παροχή πόσιμου νερού και όλα τα σπίτια έχουν δεξαμενές μη πόσιμου νερού προς γενική χρήση. Στο σπίτι πάντα υπάρχουν δύο τουλάχιστον φιάλες 10lt πόσιμου νερού για τον ψύκτη. Θα πρέπει να εφοδιάζεστε με αντίστοιχες φιάλες νερού προς χρήση σας. Επίσης υπάρχει ετοιμότητα υδροφόρου οχήματος, 90 λεπτών από την ειδοποίηση, σε περίπτωση που τελειώσει το νερό της δεξαμενής.
Παρακαλώ μην ρίχνετε χαρτιά στις τουαλέτες.
