**COVID Cleaning Protocols** Every flat surface is cleaned and high touch areas after each guest. All linens are washed and sanitized, including duvets. Rooms are fogged with a sanitizing solution before check-in so that the air is clean.
This beautiful Gulf-front property has everything you need for a relaxing vacation on your own or with your family. Get the personal touch of a family-owned and operated property. This excellently maintained recently renovated, and fully equipped unit provides you all the personal touches you deserve.
You can vacation on the sixth floor and enjoy the beautiful beach view. This corner unit always has a breeze from the Gulf. You can sit with your coffee and breakfast before heading down to the water. In the evening, watch the dolphins out in the distance.
With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a set of extra-long twin-size bunk beds in the hallway, and a pull-out brand new Queen-sized sofa bed, the unit can sleep 8. Both bedrooms have kingsize beds, and the master bath has a brand new walk-in shower. There is an additional balcony connecting the two bedrooms with an extra view of the water (see pictures).
Bedrooms have ceiling fans and charging stations next to the beds. Bathrooms are stocked with 4 sets of towels (per bathroom), toilet paper, blow dryer, shampoo, and soaps. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
This unit has everything you need: a wrap-around balcony, picturesque views of the Emerald Coast, a fully equipped kitchen that includes both a Keurig coffee maker and a drip pot coffee maker. There's also a crockpot, blender, and full set of pots and pans.
There is a TV in every room and one for each bunk bed. Netflix is provided for the living room TV as well. There are extra cables (HDMI and ethernet) connected to the living room TV so you can hook up your device (i.e game system). There are wifi pods throughout the unit to ensure a seamless wifi connection.
The full-sized washer and dryer will ensure you're ready for every day at the beach. Washing pods and dryer sheets are provided if needed.
Pelican Isle has a charcoal grill on the ground level, a heated pool, a hot tub, a small fitness center, vending machines, and a DVD rental machine. This unit also has two reserved covered parking spaces and a complimentary set of two chairs and an umbrella set up on the beach from March 1 to October 31. There are also kayaks you can rent from the beach attendants.
Santa Rosa Blvd. is close to restaurants and activities, making Pelican Isle the perfect place for your vacation. We have many people who come back year after year to enjoy Unit 613 at Pelican Isle.
