This holiday home is in a unique location, only approx. 50 m from a bathing beach, outside the small town of Plouescat on the long coast. The veranda with its wide sliding doors can be completely pushed open, very pleasant in the morning for a French breakfast with croissants and baguettes. The kids can play freely on the 850 sqm enclosed garden property surrounded by hedges. The long coast with many sandy bays and rock formations is directly opposite the house. Hikers will enjoy an ever-changing panorama on the miles of coastal paths (GR34). Plouescat offers a wide range of leisure activities, water sports, traditional restaurants and a casino. Land sailing at low tide is offered in Kernic Bay. To the west is the town of Roscoff, one likes to stroll through the streets and enjoy the creperies, fish restaurants and nice boutiques or one crosses over to the island of Batz. A palm garden in Roscoff or on the island of Batz should also be visited. When the weather is not so nice, you can drive to the port city of Brest, Oceanopolis, the castle and the Maritime Museum are waiting for a visit.
