Five bedrooms offer oceanfront views which include two master suites featuring a king-sized bed and a walkout to the oceanfront balcony. Surfers Delight is part of the Hampton Colony community and use of the private community oceanfront pool is located only steps away. While the home's private hot tub overlooking the ocean promises unforgettable sunsets. Located just over the high rise bridge on N Topsail Beach, this beautiful home affords easy access off the island to restaurants, shopping, golf at North Shore Country Club, or pickleball and frisbee golf at the park. Whether you're dining indoors with ocean vistas or relishing al fresco meals, Surfer's Delight offers the perfect beachfront escape, where you can surf, swim, and savor the coastal lifestyle.

All Coastal Premier Properties rentals come with bed linens which include:
· Full set of linens for each bed
· 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth per person for the number the house sleeps
· 1 bathmat for each full bath
· Bed making is not available
