There are a number of resort facilities free to use for all guests and Disney theme parks are about 20 minutes drive away. Shops, groceries, restaurants, and bars can all be found along the nearby US 192.

1. Guests are required to sign the rental agreement form.
2. Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. It can take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed.
3. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane.
4. Garbage Collection: All Trash/ recyclable must go in the bins provided. Trash/ recycling days are posted on the refrigerator.
5. Although a starter pack of essentials is provided, this will be a self-catering house.

-The Guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age or older
