Summary: We came to Tempe to attend my graduation from ASU. My group consisted of 10 adults, a mixed group of men and women. This home was perfect. It had plenty of beds and a lot of activities. The home was clean, the beds were clean and very comfortable. All members of my group said they slept comfortably. The home has plenty of TVs and a lot of comfortable outdoor seating. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub, playing corn hole, the big Connect Four, shooting pool, and many other activities. My group had a lot of fun. The place is perfect for families. The neighborhood is quiet, and we were not disturbed by traffic on busy roads. The property manager was quick to respond to all my messages and very congenial.The only issues I had were minor, such as figuring out the remotes to the TVs and the outdoor lights and fans, but it all worked out. The home could use another bathroom, but overall it was nice. I recommend this home, and I would stay there again.
