Summary: I have stayed on the island previously and our family loves it. The staff is great with check in/out. The owners of this house need to invest in some structural and maintenance. The ceiling had a bad leak into the kitchen. The drapes and some of the throw pillows were stained. The master bedroom sheets had holes in them. I can't blame the cleaning crew. It needs some work, paint and deep cleaning. And do t even get me started on the roaches or the roach eggs in the cabinets I don't like to leave poor reviews, but whomever rents this house should have a little more awareness. If you can afford the island. Take care of your stuff. We literally had roaches crawling across the walls and floors. I live on the water in Florida and I know it happens. This was gross. Love the island and always love time with my family. But to the owners .. do better
