On the main floor there is a large living room of 100 m² with an access to the terrace with panoramic views. The living room is divided into two ambiances: the relax, with comfortable sofas in front of the television and a dining area with a large design table.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has direct access to the terrace and the garden.
The upper floor is destinated for the resting. There are 4 bedroom-suites with sea views. The master suite has its own living room with sofas and television. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub with panoramic views over the sea.
There is an elevator to go upstairs and down to the Spa.
The Spa area has a sauna and Turkish bath, a jacuzzi . From this area there is a direct access to the pool and terrace with comfortable sun loungers, sofas and tables to relax in the open air, having a refreshing glass of gin and tonic. The pool is 20 m long.
On this same floor there is an extra room with a bathroom that can be used by the service staff.

2. MANDATORY GARBAGE COLLECTION When leaving home, if food/drinks are left open or any other type of open garbage, a fine of 200 euros will be charged from the deposit.

7. Arrival time (check-in time): from 01.01 to 12.31: every day of the week from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Departure time: 10:00.
