Welcome to The Villas in Holmes Beach! Vacation made easy in this small, private condo setting! Villa 2A is a luxurious one-bedroom villa with updated kitchen and many extras just steps to the beach! It is one of six units and features newly renovated ground level Island living. The property is located just across from the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This bungalow has a large pool, luxury kitchen, dining room, living room, and one bedroom sleeping a total of four.

Step outside into the private courtyard of The Villas and relax by the 14 ft by 20 ft pool. There is a sitting area by the condo to dine in or spend time with the family. The pool is heated for your convenience. There are also 2 lounge chairs for every unit. Washer and dryer are on site so you can pack light. There is also a community grill if you plan a cookout. The beach access is just across the street.
There is one parking space assigned to the unit along with extra guest parking spots. This Condo Association does not permit motorcycles, trailers, large trucks, or RV parking.
