We are in the heart of the Victorian District. Blocks away from Forsyth Park and very close to Kroger Supermarket and several great local spots like Mate Factor (awesome local coffee shop around the block) and The Sentient Bean (local coffee shop with thoughtfully sourced food and frequent live events).
Each unit at The Present @ Bolton has an assigned private parking space at the rear of the property off of Gwinnet Lane. You also can park out in front of the unit on either side of Bolton. Please make sure you park in the direction of traffic and look for the street sweeping signs posted on Bolton to avoid receiving a ticket.
Uber has a strong presence in Savannah and most key locations are within a 5- minute Uber drive.
As you may have already noticed Savannah is booming! Not just as a charming getaway destination, but as an economy. Thanks to manufacturing, the Port, and tourism (among several others), Savannah's economy is glowing. With growth come some challenges, including increased railroad traffic (and associated noise). We hope the choo choo train doesn't wake you up, but if it does please keep in mind it's all part of Savannah's amazing transformation!
