As far as the exterior is concerned, the house has a large swimming pool, a large natural grass garden and several furnished terraces and relaxation areas ideal for spending time outdoors and enjoying the wonderful climate that Mallorca offers.
The property is located in the small residential area of Sa Coma, 5 minutes drive from Bunyola, a small town in the Serra de Tramuntana. There you will find numerous supermarkets and shops with local products. One of the most powerful attractions of this town, apart from strolling through its streets and natural areas, is the train stop of Sóller that runs through part of the Serra de Tramuntana. In addition, around Bunyola there are many routes for hiking on the Serra.
