Other features include a fenced rear yard, split system heating and cooling and the Silverleaves Store only a short stroll away. Close to Cowes Golf Club and Cowes main shopping centre, and only 15 minutes to the GP Track and Penguin Parade. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 down stairs, 1 queen bed upstairs on mezanine level, (open plan) and 1 bathroom, (toilet in bathroom).Â Outdoor dogÂ friendly upon request. Pet surcharge $100 per booking.Â $200 dog bond required, which is returned once property has been checked for poop/hair/damage etc. SLEEPS 8: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (downstairs).
