The Space:
This gorgeous basement suite has it ALL and only minutes from West Edmonton Mall. The living room is tastefully designed with ample seating space for everyone and a 65” HD LED Smart TV connected to Netflix and blazing fast 150mb/s internet!
The eat-in kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances, and quartz counters. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes, cutlery, cookware you’ll need - tea and coffee included!
In the bathroom you’ll find a stackable washer and dryer with ample detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets for your use!
On either side of the living room you'll find the two bedrooms. The master includes a king pillow-top memory foam mattress, and the second bedroom has a queen pillow-top memory foam mattress. Both bedrooms have bedside tables with lamps and charging cables for both android and apple devices. Each bedroom has soft sheets, duvets, and 4 pillows with extras in the closet as well as fan to stay cool or just for white noise!

SECURITY DEPOSIT :
A security deposit of $250 will be collected 3 days prior to your checkin date. This will be a HOLD not a charge on your credit card. In the event there is any damage to the property or broken house rules during your stay your card will be charged accordingly. The hold will be automatically released within 7 days after your departure. If there is no damage or violations, there is nothing you need to do. Please note that CITYBNB reserves the right to charge a higher amount up to a maximum of $1000 to the method of payment if the damage deposit is insufficient to cover the claim from the payment method on file.
