5 Bedroom House in North Rustico

This newly constructed cottage sits in one of the most sought after areas on Prince Edward Island. Only 5 minutes or less are amazing restaurants, fresh seafood, deep sea fishing, beautiful beaches, golf, and incredible views!
Step inside the bright + airy living area which features the living room that has a Smart TV with Netflix, the dining area, and the fully equipped kitchen. Off of the kitchen are the sliding patio doors which lead to the back deck that overlooks the backyard. Outside there is a BBQ and fire pit for you to enjoy during your evenings.
Down the hallway are all of the 3 bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Bedroom 1 with a king bed and door that leads to the bathroom, bedroom 2 with a queen bed, and bedroom 3 with bunk beds. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is also a wash/dryer on site.
The basement is currently being renovated to feature a secondary TV room which will have a Smart TV. There will also be 2 additional bedrooms, both with queen beds, and a second full bathroom (photos to come).
North Rustico is an extremely quaint town, but with so much to do! Enjoy live music in the park during some evenings, or take a morning walk on the boardwalk that goes along the water. Have a traditional Islander lobster feast at Fisherman's Wharf, indulge in a high end experience at Blue Mussel Cafe, or enjoy the breathtaking views from the patio at On The Dock Eatery. Experience deep sea fishing with locals, go kayaking with Outdoor Expeditions, or take in a live show at The Watermark Theatre.

Summary: I have nothing but praise for this property! The house looks small from the outside, but is huge on the inside. The house is divided in such a way that the two floors essentially provide two separate living spaces with a shared kitchen/dining area. We were 8 people with guests at different times and never ONCE felt like there wasn't enough room for everyone. We cooked, slept and socialized for a week without anyone complaining about lack of space. My wife has decided she loved the floor plan and layout of the house so much she wants it for our retirement home. The property includes two LARGE Master bedrooms (One on each floor), two additional rooms with Queen beds (Again one on each floor) and a final room with bunk beds on the main floor. There is a full bathroom and a living area on each floor. A stacked Washer/Dryer combo is discreetly situated in a closet on the main floor, and a storage unit with extra essentials can be found in the basement Queen bedroom. Huge closets in each bedroom provide plenty of storage space for clothes, luggage, and whatever else. Wonderfully the water pressure and access to hot water seem completely unaffected by multiple users. We showered, did dishes (With or without the dishwasher), and flushed toilets all without affecting anyone taking a shower at the same time. Plenty of outlets for plugging in your electronic devices or anything else. A well place exterior plug allowed me to charge my Electric Vehicle nightly (Standard 110 outlet/no 220)
