French windows run along the entire length of the villa opening out to a large 200sqm terrace, making the most of its exceptionally stunning views. The terrace has a couple of fixed sunshade coverings, one for outside eating to seat 16, the other shading a sofa relation sundowner area. This overlooks the “beach” and large swimming pool.
