YAY! The Galveston Beaches are open on 5/1/20 with social distancing and mask recommendations. Very spacious 3,200 sq ft home with the perfect floor plan (two masters)! This 4 bedroom/3.5 bath home in prestigious Pirates Beach West features soaring windows to capture the great views, gas fireplace, electric shutters, Trex decking, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, large open dining area with a well stocked kitchen that has Corian counters and tile floors. One of the master suites has its own wet bar with refrigerator/microwave, an en-suite master bath with double sinks, Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. This house sleeps 15. All furnishings, linens and kitchen utensils are supplied. The beach views are beautiful and we are just a short walk to the beach. The layout and location of this home make it the perfect choice for two families, large families or couples vacationing together! Master Bedroom #1: Sleeps 3 people. A spacious suite located on the second floor with 1 king bed and its own wet bar, refrigerator and microwave along with an en-suite master bath that has double sinks, a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. This room also features a sitting area with a futon sofa and a twin daybed making this the perfect 'family suite'. Add to this the private balcony with a spectacular view and you will have no reason to leave this room! Master Bedroom #2: Sleeps 2 people. Also located on the second floor, this bedroom offers privacy and comfort. It has 1 king bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring double sinks and a shower/tub combo. From this bedroom you can take in the spectacular ocean views while laying in bed or from your own private deck. Guest Bedroom #1: Sleeps 4 people. Located on the main floor. This bedroom has two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom with a connecting shower/tub combo to Guest Bedroom #2 Guest Bedroom #2: Sleeps 6 people. Located on the main floor. This bunk room is the perfect room for the kids with 1 double (bottom bunk), 1 twin (top bunk), 1 twin trundle, 1 queen, 1 twin futon. This bedroom has its own half bath with connecting shower/tub combo to Guest Bedroom #1. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table seats 6 with space for 5 more at the bar plus Al fresco dining for 8 on the main deck. The living area has ample seating and includes a flat screen TV, cable TV and a DVD player. Other amenities include a full size washer and dryer and wireless internet access. The ground floor offers a fenced yard, additional seating, a BBQ grill, outdoor shower and a porch swing that catches a wonderful breeze where you can not only hear the waves crashing but see them as well! This is the perfect spot for star gazing! Best of all, when you are ready to get some sand between your toes, the beach is just a half block away ! Rental Policy: Rental is intended for the quiet enjoyment of our guests. Therefore, we will rent only to families or family groups. If you are not with a family group, you must be a responsible adult over the age of 25 to make a reservation. Adults cannot rent properties on behalf of underage guests. The maximum number of guests is 15. Pets of any kind and smoking are not permitted. Violation of the smoking and/or pet policy will result in forfeiture of your damage deposit. Guests must comply with these Rental Policies and all subdivision restrictions.
