Welcome to this charming white house in the countryside, a gem in beautiful Österlen where modern comfort is the focus. With a wood-burning hot tub and generous living areas, this is the perfect accommodation for a relaxing and memorable stay. The house has been renovated to a high standard with an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. The sofas in the picture will be replaced with a comfortable sofa bed for two people and an armchair. The bright and airy bedrooms, one on each floor offer restful nights with two beds per room. A modern bathroom equipped with a washing machine and dryer gives you the extra convenience you need during your stay. The slightly steep staircase without a railing that is outside the bathroom takes you up one floor to the bedroom. There is also a private space here that must be respected. Out in the garden, a large wooden deck awaits you where you can enjoy your morning coffee or enjoy a starry evening in the wood-burning hot tub. The comfortable outdoor furniture invites you to long evenings under the open sky and gives you the opportunity to create unforgettable moments with your loved ones. This white house is not just a place to live - it is a place to experience country life at its very best, as animals can also roam outside the house for most of the year. The wood burning stove in the house must not be used. If you want to go on excursions, this place is very well located. You have incredibly nice beaches along Ystad, Löderup beach and Sandhammaren. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very popular Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. Feel free to also visit Gamla bageriet - Örnahusen, Karl-Fredrik på Österlen and Glimmingehus, also Örum 119 a place for a real pizza lover. If you want to try something unique, you have the Vyn restaurant along the coastline between Skillinge and Brantevik, run by Daniel Berlin, who previously ran a Michelin restaurant in Skåne. A short drive away you have Ale's stones, Kåseberga and much more. For the children there is a lot to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Summerland and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Also take the opportunity to fish in all of Skåne's wonderful lakes.
