Positive: The property owner or the person I was communicating over WhatsApp was kind enough to hooked us up for extra parking space.
Negative: It's was totally different from the picture. When we entered the room, it was clean on the surface. We start inspecting the room, we found it disappointing. The beddings you could really say it's old, some have yellow stains in it. They even keep an old and dirty extra pillow in one of the cabinet inside the bedroom. The bathroom floor were yellow. At some point, one bathroom flooded and they didn't fixed it until 2 days after. We either used the flooded bathroom or used the small bathroom to shower. When we reported it, someone came over at 11:30om when everyone was asleep. Said they will send someone to fix it in the morning. But nobody came the whole day. The next day. That's when the maintenance people came to fix the drainage.The kitchen tap was broken, the kitchen cabinet was dirty, and has some mold. The fridge wasn't cooling properly. And we store some food inside, and we fear they might go bad. One of the induction cooker has Crack and some burner are not working properly. The living room was a bit dim. It's only the hanging light, and 1 spot light out of 3 is working. Access cards to the property we're not working so we have to call the reception to open the door for us, or we have to go around the Plaza lobby, ring the reception to open the door for us, just to get in. We reported to one person, they redirect us to another person. In the end they said it can't be fixed since it's holiday. There's cockroaches inside the property. We killed 2 small roaches in the living room, God knows how many more were there.
Summary: It was disappointing if we're talking about the property. But the location is awesome.
