The hamlet of Horsehouse is located on the road from Middleham in Wensleydale to Kettlewell in Wharfedale. Middleham has lots to offer and is most famous for its castle, which was once home to Richard III, and is also home to several racehorse trainers, providing a wonderful sight each day as the horses and riders make their way through the village up onto the gallops.
