Almost all the villas of this type are by the water. This well-kept park is ideal for families or active persons of all ages. Your holiday is made complete with every imaginable comfort and luxury. This villa is equipped with a microwave and dishwasher and has a patio with furniture. Quilts and pillows can be left at home because they are already present. After consultation we will also welcome your pet(s)! Please note! The swimming pool will be closed for maintenance from 7 - 28 January! This is a child-friendly, detached villa. This villa is suitable for 7 adults and 1 small child. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a combination microwave and dishwasher. The spacious living room is equipped with a flat screen TV. There are four bedrooms, three of which have two single box spring beds, and one with a single bed and a babycot. The small child sleeps in a babycot. There is a bathroom downstairs with bath, shower cabin and a sink. And on the first floor, all villas are now equipped with a small bathroom with a shower and a toilet! The villa has a spacious garden with terrace and furniture. There is a private parking. This villa is standard equipped with a playpen, children's pool, high chair, bedstead, chest of drawers, stair gate, washing machine and dryer, cart and a sandpit. If the villa is on the water, there is a fence. The layout of the photos may differ from the layout of the various holiday villas. Young family (1 child under 4 years of age) and 55+ discount are available, but not during the holidays: - 15% for the weeks and weekends and 25% for the midweeks (contact us for the possibilities) Business bookings are NOT allowed. Mandatory costs: final cleaning and bed linen. The deposit would not be paid in cash, but you will fill in a deposit form. Owner will use it only in case of damages. It is forbidden to smoke in this property. Arrival and departure are only on Mondays and Fridays, unless otherwise indicated. In the summer (weeks 29 t/m 31) and for Christmas and New-Year’s bookings arrival is only possible on Friday. Arrivals on Sundays and holidays: not possible. Maximum of 2 pets per villa are allowed. Supplement for a pet: € 4.00 per night. Cleaning surcharge: € 12.00 per holiday villa. Preferred Bookings: surcharge of € 23.50 (2018) per reservation: two or more adjacent villas, a specific villa or location by the water, a villa with a specific format for example, 1 bedroom downstairs and 4 upstairs.
