The master suite is your private oasis with a luxurious adjustable king bed, a TV, a spacious master bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and a generous closet, while the third bedroom features a queen bed, a large closet, and opens onto a private sunroom overlooking the water. The fourth bedroom offers french doors connecting to the living area, a trundle twin bed that expands into a king, a desk, and a closet. Step out onto the screened-in pool area overlooking the serene water, complete with chaise lounges and a dining table that comfortably seats 6 to 8. The outdoor firepit and barbecue make for fantastic evening gatherings. Other Things to Note: The homeowners prefer a 3-month rental duration but are open to inquiries. They warmly welcome one dog but kindly request advance notice. Only well-behaved and friendly dogs are permitted, and they must be leashed when outside, with owners cleaning up after them, of course.
