You will be surrounded by multiple species of plants, trees, and animals in the thick forest while relaxing in the comforts of an all enclosed luxury home. You can view the jungle and the ocean from inside the house, or take a step onto the patio and feel at peace while only hearing the birds, monkeys, waves, and at night all the different noises from the bugs. From this location, north Playa Santa Teresa, you can enjoy the beauty around you being up on the hillside away from the crowds while still enjoying the sound of the waves, or you can walk to local restaurants, super market, local bar/club, or premier surfing directly out front of the beach access which is straight shot from the house. While walking our 6,200 sq meter property, feel free to pick fruit from the trees (mango, banana, apple, cherry, lime, avocado, grapefruit, guanabana, orange, and starfruit) but be aware that these trees attract many of the local wildlife so always be on the look out, you never know what you might see. Not only can you open the sliders and windows and enjoy the ocean breeze blowing up the hill, you can also close everything up and turn on the air conditioning units, which are located in every room, to set the house to a more comfortable temperature. You will sleep like a baby in our comfortable beds with the AC pumping and blackout blinds. At Casa de Paz you have the choice to lounge by the poolside with no one around, or layout on the beach while the surfers jump in for a session. You can enjoy the sunsets from the pool or from the beach, both are great. Easy access to and from the house. No worries if you want to bring the whole family. The kids are completely safe running all around the property. High chair, pack and play, and twin mattress for your child's fort next to mom and dad are all available. Casa de Paz is equipped with fiber optics high speed internet, cable TV, local telephone line, and apple tv to view on the flat screen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need with brand new gourmet appliances. This kitchen does not sit outside like a lot of Costa Rica homes so you can cook with no bugs around and in an AC controlled environment. Outside BBQ. Bar stool seating at kitchen island, cozy couch for TV viewing, dining table seating for 10, outside seating with tables, lounge chairs, and corn hole for all you gamers. Covered parking area with easy dry access from front door to car/atv. Enjoy fresh eggs every day from our 10 hens who live on the property. This house comes with a concierge who will help you with your every need. She is here for you from the moment you book your stay. Maid service will also be included every day. To make all the guests feel even more secure, Casa de Paz has its own security guard who walks the property from sun down to sun up every night.
