3 Bedroom Condo in Snowshoe

This is 1 of only 6 three bedroom units in Mountain Lodge. This one is unique as it is conveniently located on the first floor with a slope side view and across the hall from an exit to our private parking area, which is a huge bonus when visiting Snowshoe. Mountain Lodge has also recently added an indoor ice ring for guest use. Unit sleeps 11 with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 sleeper sofas, 1 br w queen bed and bunk beds and pack and play. SPLIT ROCK POOLS IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS RENTAL UNIT. You must pay to use the pool and hot tub at that location.
Condo features a large living area including 2 sleeper sofas and a 55in Smart TV. 1st bedroom is a master suite with a private bath, a queen bed and TV. 2nd bedroom has 1 queen and bunk beds, a 32in smart TV and slope side views out 2 windows with its bathroom just outside the bedroom. The 3rd bedroom is tucked away on the opposite side of the condo and serves as a second master suite which features a king bed and 50in Smart TV, not to mention privacy as well as its own bath. The living area and kitchen are in two separate rooms and both have views out on to the Ballhooter Lift. The living area includes a sleeper sofa as well as a loveseat. We love music so we left an acoustic guitar on site for your playing enjoyment.
Once you secure your booking you are required to complete our rental agreement and return to us along with the names of all guests who will be staying in the unit so that they will be permitted into our private parking lot. Upon arriving at Snowshoe Mountain, go to the Mountain Lodge parking lot and give the security guard your name and the unit number you are staying in. Once you park your car, go inside the main entrance and go to the front desk (to the left) or to the office (on the right) and give them your name again and the unit you are staying in and they will give you the keys to the unit. There is a $5 key deposit. You will get this back when your turn in your keys.

Summary: Overall, we were pleased with the property and would stay here again -- it was easily accessible from the secondary entrance of the front parking lot, and it was several dozen feet from the Waffle Shack and Ballhooter Lift. The location was perfect.The overall building exterior looked nice but the interior felt dated and dingy. The trash dropoff was near the unit, the slope access was a short walk away down the hall, and a secondary entrance was across the hall. The hallway and room had an old smell, and other guests were loud at times. Bedroom 1 had a comfortable King bed, a large TV, two closets, and a bathroom. This suite has a door off the kitchen. Bedroom 2 is just to the left as you enter the property, and it has a Queen bed and in-room bathroom. Bedroom 3 is off the living room, has a Queen bed (I think) and two bunk beds, and lacks a private bathroom as the third bathroom is accessible from the living room.Overall, the place was clean. There were some cobwebs in the corners of rooms, dust on some higher surfaces, and dirt in some of the decorations found around the kitchen. The room has an abundance of dishes and utensils, but most of the cooking utensils, pots, and pans were severely beaten up and dented, plastic spatulas were melted, and some of the items were still greasy or had old food stuck to them -- definitely bring your own stuff if you have higher standards for cookware. Furniture, bedding, bathrooms, tables, and floors were clean.
