In Jugon les Lacs, on the slopes of the Larguenon Valley, beautiful stone farmhouse, pleasantly renovated into 2 adjoining gîtes, with their terrace and a large common plot. Everything has been designed so that you spend unforgettable and relaxing holidays on site ... But you will also enjoy going to the Jugon nautical base (1.2 km) to fish, practice pedal boats, windsurfing boards, canoes ... and from there 2017, presence of a wakepark (12 fun modules). 22 km from Dinan, a very pretty city of character with its ramparts, its marina lined with restaurants, 17 km from Lamballe and its National Stud, its Mathurin Méheust museum and 37 km from Dinard, a very beautiful seaside resort .
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: living room with fitted kitchen area. Floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200) with adjoining bathroom (shower, wc and washing machine). Front terrace under development (ready for the end of June 2021), large enclosed land in front of the farmhouse shared with the 3 other gîtes.
