Welcome to the Madonette Terraces, a cozy retreat nestled in a green oasis located 5 minutes from the seaside and 10 minutes from the city center of Nice by car.
This air-conditioned apartment with a sea view can accommodate up to 4 people. The main room is very bright and includes an open kitchen connected to the living area with a convertible sofa.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay: induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. A sleeping area has been arranged with a double bed and storage, separated from the living room by a curtain for added privacy.
You will also find a bathroom with an adjoining shower and independent toilet located in the entrance hallway.
You can also enjoy the outdoors from the balcony with its dining and lounge area.
The residence also features a swimming pool located in building C, a tennis court, and a petanque court. A private parking space in the garage of the building is at your disposal.
By car, you are located 20 minutes from Nice Airport, 12 minutes from Nice Saint Augustin train station, and 45 minutes from the city of Cannes.
Once on-site, if you want to leave your car in the parking, there is a bus stop (3 Vallées stop) a few minutes' walk from the residence.
You have local shops, some of which offer delivery services. A Carrefour City is a 6-minute drive away, where you can stock up on groceries.
Nice is full of cultural sites to visit. You'll be a 5-minute walk from Carol de Roumanie Park, down Fabron Avenue. It's a great idea for a walk, a picnic, and a game of mini golf. The Jakovsky Museum of Naive Art, located just after Carol de Roumanie Park in Château Sainte Hélène, will immerse you in the history of naive painting from the 18th century to the present day.

As a professional agency with an API connection to our Channel manager and partner booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking, etc.), a pre-authorization of €500 is required through our partner Swikly. It will be canceled seven days after your departure.
If this pre-authorization is not completed 24 hours before arrival, it constitutes a breach of the above-mentioned conditions on your part. In such a case, we reserve the right to contact the platform to request the cancellation of your reservation. No refunds will be possible in this scenario
