We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Matignon, this charming small house, far from the street of a surface of 35 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room as well as a terrace to enjoy meals outside. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

- An attic room with a double bed (140×190) and a sofa bed.
- A bathroom with shower.
Outside :
- A terrace of about 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
The house is ideally located in Matignon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Sporting activities: golf, water sports, fishing, sea walks, horse riding, accrobranche, GR34 hikes, horse riding.
- Visit of the Emerald Coast, the castle of Fort La Latte.
