Lower Level: 3 Bedrooms each w/Double bed, Bedroom #6 with 2 Bunk Beds (S/S), 2 Full Hall Baths, Covered Patio, W/D, Gas Grill, and Easy Beach Access just across the street! Please note that this is an older beach home and there are no modern upgrades. One dog is considered with a $200 pet fee, applicable pet policy signed, and records received prior to arrival. Dog must be approved by Carroll Realty. Recap Bed Sizes: Q, 4 D, 3BB (S/S) - Linens not included. Please plan to bring or rent your own.
