This unit is a 3rd floor unit. The complex features 2 elevators.
Watch the activity on the beach and pool from your third-floor balcony. Relax to the sound of the ocean. Enjoy your coffee on the balcony each morning while watching for the dolphins. There are 50 shops and many excellent restaurants within walking distance. Golf, fishing and tennis are nearby. You can honestly park your car for the week as it is not needed.
327 Breakers is a wonderful escape from the hectic pace of home life. The bedroom has a queen sized bed with storage in the closets and large dresser. A wall mounted flat screen TV is located in the bedroom as well. In the hallway there are 2 single bunks suitable for small children up to teenagers. The living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa along with a large flat screen TV. High speed internet is included throughout the complex. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and cooking utensils. The condo also has a new full size front load washer / dryer.
This unit includes 4 Backpack Beach Chairs and 2 free bicycles from South Beach Cycles.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's in a great location we never had to get in our car for anything the trolley took us anywhere we needed to go plus we rode our bikes everything is so convenient. Will definitely stay againOnly problem was the patio door was very hard to open
