One bedroom and one bathroom with a sleeper sofa in the living area accommodate a total of three or rent along with the first floor unit to sleep a total of 7. Linen package and cleaning are included!! Lovely large deck to enjoy your morning coffee and evening cocktails! This property is available with a two night minimum anytime.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
