Vous serez situé à seulement 450 mètres d'un magasin ALDI et à 800 mètres des arrêts de métro François Truffaut et Place du 8 mai qui vous emmèneront au centre-ville de Rouen en 10 minutes. Enfin, vous disposerez de la proximité du centre commercial Sud 3, de son Hyper U et de ses magasins accessible en 15 minutes avec le bus 41.
LA MAISON :
La maison comporte un étage et comprend 4 salles de bain, 10 chambres, une grande buanderie en sous-sol, un grand espace de vie au RDC ainsi que 100 m² de jardin.
