There's even a rooftop deck to savor the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset over the Rehoboth Bay!. This lovely 4 BR home offers comfortable and stylish furnishings, a gourmet kitchen, outdoor shower & off-street parking. Restaurants, bars, shops and even water sport activities are just steps away. You can also enjoy this home in the wonderful shoulder season. Book a week or even a "mini-week" in the fall, winter or spring. BONUS: This luxury home comes with bed linen and towel concierge service, so all beds are MADE for you upon arrival. (Sorry, no beach towels.) Owner also provides 2 Dewey Beach Parking Permits in summertime. Sorry, No Pets please.
The Guest signing the agreement must be 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals, (a group rental,) ALL Guests occupying the property must be 25 years of age.
Guests pay a $180 cleaning fee for all stays. Paper and personal hygiene products are not included.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.
