The O'Hair unit is a new 3 bedroom + Loft, 2 baths, sleeps 10 and is located on Dogwood Street at the west end of Donner Lake. You enter the house from a large deck that has a propane BBQ for use. From the deck you enter into the living room, dining room, and kitchen which make up one big great room. Watch a movie on the flat screen TV or relax in the living room on the over sized sofa and love seat located next to the gas fireplace. The great room has tile floors through out, a vaulted ceiling, is connected to the bathroom, and a bedroom with a four poster king size bed. Upstairs is the loft TV room, two spare bedrooms, and a full sized bathroom. In the loft TV room there are two leather lazy boy recliners, a leather overstuffed sofa which folds out to a Queen size hide-a-bed, and a twin bed that overlooks the downstairs great room. In the first spare bedroom is a queen size bed. In the other spare room is a full and a twin size bed. This home is located on a flat lot so it has easy access in the summer and winter. This is a summer vacation rental, and a winter ski lease. This unit will rent with a 3 night minimum in the low summer season but has a required Friday 3pm check in & Friday 10am check out day during the high summer season. Our units do not have sheets, pillow cases, or towels included in the rental, guests are requested to bring their own. However, we do offer linen rental service with 72 hrs notice before arrival: sheets, pillow cases, and towels at a onetime fee of $10 per person. **Nightly Minimum Subject to Change for Holidays** 4 night minimum for Thanksgiving, 7 night minimum for Christmas/New Year's, 3 night minimum for Martin Luther Holiday Weekend, 3 night minimum for Presidents Holiday Weekend, 3 night minimum over the 4th of July, 3 night minimum for Labor Day holiday Weekend.
